After Hours Emergency Contacts

In case of any emergency maintenance that occurs out of office hours, weekends and/or public holidays you are required to call our after-hours emergency maintenance number that has been provided to you at the start of your tenancy.

Emergency situations that are generally those that can result in someone being injured or potentially damage a property. These may include:

  • Water pipes that have burst or broken
  • Blocked or broken toilets (if a second toilet is not available)
  • Serious roof leak or gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault, dangerous power point, loose live wire etc.
  • Flooding, rainwater inundation inside the property or serious flood damage
  • Fire or impact damage (car etc.)
  • Hot water service failure
  • Fault or damage to make premises unsafe

If there is a power outage, we encourage you to call SA Power Networks on 13 12 61 or check their website for any reported current faults or scheduled maintenance work.

If there is a lack of water or no water, then we encourage you to call SA Water on 1300 650 950 or check their website for any reported faults or scheduled maintenance work. Also check that your water meter tap is not turned off. If there is a water leak at your property, your hot water system has ruptured etc. please ensure that you turn your water off at the mains (water meter) to save any further damage etc
